About our coffee
We rotate a single-origin espresso from regional Indonesian and visiting roasters — current beans are listed on the bar card. Beans are roasted to order in small batches and rested 7–14 days before pulling, so what hits your cup is fresh but stable.
Brewing methods on the bar: two-group espresso machine with on-demand grinder, V60 pour-over for single-origin filter, cold brew (24-hour steep), iced latte, and iced V60. Milk options: full-cream, skim, oat, almond, soy.
Pair coffee with food: flat white with banana bread (buttery palm-sugar contrast against the milk); V60 with eggs on sourdough (clean acidity matches the egg richness); iced long black with açaí bowl (both cold, both bitter-balanced).
