Protein Granola Yoghurt

- 10:30–12:30 — Post-workout peak. Wraps and salmon bowl orders cluster here. Expect a 5-minute wait at the busiest tables.
- 14:00 onward — Quiet again. The Protein Cottage Cheese and Protein Salmon Wrap run all afternoon — full kitchen, no breakfast cut-off.
Pre-gym or post-surf? Here is the order
If you are training at S2S, Hauz of Iron, Body Factory, or coming off a dawn session at Pererenan, the playbook:
- Pre-gym: Protein Scramble or Protein Granola Yoghurt — both under 10 minutes, both sit well in the stomach for a session.
- Post-workout: Protein Salmon Bowl or Protein Salmon Wrap — these are the highest-volume plates and the post-session crowd defaults to them.
- Travelling between sessions: order the Protein Chicken Wrap for takeaway. It holds up cold for an hour.
- Espresso-first: a flat white in under 4 minutes regardless. Coffee runs separately from the kitchen, so it does not bottleneck behind your food.
